Towns is proud of T-Wolves’ long-standing partnership.

Karl-Anthony Towns, front court, Minnesota Timberwolves Proud to see the growth of the agency from the back of the West Coast. Today, they were able to defeat the former champions, the Denver Nuggets, and successfully advanced to the Western Conference Finals at Mile High.

Game 7 Series, Western Conference second round, the Timberwolves actually visited Bell Arena, but relied on a fighting attitude to come from trailing 15 points at the end of the first half. Surpassed a thrilling win 98-90 points, closing the event 4-3. 

This is the most behind in a playoff game of all time, 7 points from the previous record of 11 points. 

That makes Towns, who has been with the T-Wolves since the first draft in the 2015 class, proud because he went from winning less than 30 games a season to now competing for the West Conference for the first time in two decades.

The Nuggets’ elimination made the former NBA champions unable to advance to the Conference Finals for 6 consecutive seasons. 

Western rival of The Timberwolves are the Dallas Mavericks and will compete on Wednesday, May 22 at Target Center, home of Minnesota, still using the system to win 4 out of 7 game series.
